We shipping world wide for all products available to purchase online. After your purchase you will receive a confirmation via email.
All Orders are typically processed within 3-5 Days of receiving payment. Postdays are Monday and Friday. Packages shipped from Germany.
We give two different packaging options. There is a small and a big packaging.
All purchases shipped within Germany will be charged using DHL or Hermes rates : small: 5€ and big: 7,50€, items will be trackable and delivery times will vary from 2-5 business days.
Orders to European Union will be shipped by DHL (Deutsche Post), using DHL rates : small: 13€ and big 16€. They will be trackable and delivery times will take from 2-7 business days.
Orders to International will be shipped by DHL, using DHL rates : small: 17€ and big 28€. They will be trackable and delivery times will take from 7-14 business days. Included tax will always be deducted on orders to non-EU destinations.
Returns/Exchanges:
Items can be returned for a Refund only when bought through the website (not depop) within 7 days you received your order. All sale items are final sale. Please contact us at mail@planetvintage.de before returning any purchase.
We will authorize your return/exchange and provide you with an Register Number that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return or exchange will be accepted without the correct Register Number.
*All returns does not include Shipping Fees. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs; including the return of the item and the shipping for the exchange.
We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Any queries please contact us.
When returning an item it must meet the following criteria:
- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned to sender packages, Register Number must be outside of the package
- Shoes must not be worn outside, once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged. We will not accept returns for footwear labelled as 'wear at your own risk' if said item breaks upon wear.
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Planetvintage Store by the carrier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of your purchase. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages:
We are not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Carrier company holds full responsibility upon departure from our basement shipping facility. Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier. Wewill provide all necessary information needed to facilitate claim, but will only initiate filing claim if deemed a human clerical error on behalf of the retailer. Due to liability of the carrier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.
